When Up Property secured a new home for their headquarters, they wanted to ensure the interiors would celebrate the historic qualities of the building, while also representing their progressive, design lead values.
Harnessing the exposed brickwork, pressed ceilings, arched windows and abundance of natural light, our approach introduced black steel framed internal windows, custom fabricated joinery, select furniture pieces, and project inspired art pieces.
Our work also integrated a portal like building entry, with illuminated signage, creating a sense of mystery and brand identification for passers by.
