Six residences with a rich history

One Ascot is a collection of six exclusive townhouse residences, by Hummingbird Developments, located in Ascot Street Malvern – arguably the suburb’s most prized address. The homes draw inspiration from the heritage of the address, and introduce a new vision for the next chapter of the significant site.

With the primary design developed by Conrad Architects, we were engaged to partner with them to provide design review for the interiors of the homes, with a brief to further elevate the spaces to maximise tranquility and effortless living.
