When Geelong Advertiser, Victoria’s oldest newspaper, moved into their new headquarters at 128 Little Malop Street in Geelong, they required an environment that would make a statement. The historic building underwent a comprehensive architectural redesign, which celebrated much of its original character – featuring expanses of exposed concrete, high ceilings and contrasting black steel detailing.
Coinciding with the launch of the new building was a need to develop progressive signage and environmental graphics. The project included building identification, installation art and statutory signage throughout the lobby and stairwells.
