Refined interiors for exclusive residences

Located in Geelong, Arc Taylor is an exclusive development of nine residences set within a landscaped private court. We were engaged to design the interiors of the townhomes, to translate a philosophy where notions of exclusivity and community could form a delicate balance.

With an elevated external design, consisting of dark tones and expressed windows, each residence features carefully selected materials to uplift the living experience, and to endure the rigours which a family home will bring.

Living spaces are distinguished by high ceilings, skylights and the relationship between the interior and exterior aspects, while timber floors and feature lighting bring warmth and atmosphere throughout the residences. Master bedrooms include spacious walk-in-robes and ensuites, while kitchens and bathrooms are appointed with premium fittings and finishes.

Purposeful in every design detail, each townhome considers the longevity which they should bring, as they frame the daily rituals of the owner's lives.
